An empowering and interactive weekend workshop which teaches you how to use this simple, powerful and effective technique for yourself. EFT can be learned by anyone, and once learned will give you lifelong skills which enable you to positively effect many problematic areas of your life, be they emotional, mental or physical.
Whether called “EFT” or simply “Tapping”, increasing numbers of people are finding that there is an effective way to bring positive change into their lives. Join us on an Introductory EFT workshop designed to enable you to experience EFT for yourself, and learn to use it for yourself and others.
You will see trainer demos in this exciting technique and as well as having the opportunity to experience using EFT first hand. You’ll be encouraged and guided by an experienced AAMET practitioner who is dedicated to giving you the tools you need to make these techniques work for you.

This course gives you the opportunity to:
- apply the EFT technique with ease
- areas worked with include difficult emotions, physical pain and cravings
- develop basic skills in EFT by practicing with fellow delegates
- identify the best ways of working with EFT in order to enhance its success
