NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is the study of how we think (Neuro), how we speak (Linguistics) and the particular patterns/beliefs we have (Programmes).

It can help us to create personal change by providing a tool box of techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth.

e we want to be. It can also help us to move on from serious disease and find health and happiness. As a Master Practitioner, I use NLP with clients as a therapy in itself and the framework of it exists in much of my Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and EFT work.

Hypnotherapy is the use of language to assist entering a more relaxed state of awareness to access the unconscious mind to assist positive change. In this state tools of NLP can be brought in or simply positive suggestions related to your particular issues.
